Welcome! Though this work will bring you mental, spiritual, and physical health, the most important aspect you'll discover is the building of community. We're creating a Circle of Trees who stand tall and strong and support one another in ways that many women were taught was impossible. This circle is local to Erie but is also online and global so the roots run deep and wide. If you're new to my classes, you'll get the location after you register. I'm close to the Whole Foods Co-op to give you an idea. Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable (unless you're gifting someone, of course). There are limited spaces due to the size of my in-home studio so register as soon as possible.
