Welcome! This work will teach you new things about your body, reveal strength and mobility you never even knew you had, and make you more physically creatively expressive than ever before. It will also grow your connections to a healthy and loving community and thus build your spirit in a way that supports your next evolution of you. If you can dream it, this circle can assist you in the process of stepping into it. If you've never worked with me before in my home studio, you'll get the address after registering.
