ONLINE Sunday Night Yoga with Christine, March 29th, LIVE or LATER

This photo seemed perfect to me. Those tree roots are going right through rock. And THAT is our connection to one another. We are connected always. Through all this shit in the world, our connections are stronger. When we sit doing yoga in our own homes, as I teach via livestreaming, it doesn't matter. We are connected. We will feel and know the presence of one another through our shared practice regardless of circumstances. This Sunday, March 29th, you can join me via the livestream OR you can wait to watch it later. PLEASE also feel free to include LOVED ONES in your practice at no additional charge. As long as you feel safe, of course. HERE'S THE DEETS (Please read carefully): I will be livestreaming from a PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP. (So, yes, you must be on Facebook.) Join us Saturday, March 29th, from 11 AM to 1 PM. LOCATION: IN YOUR HOME via live streaming OR you can watch after the fact via archived video (You MUST be on Facebook as I'll be creating a private group there in which the streaming will happen.) Feel free to bring a snack. Also bring a yoga mat, a blanket if you tend to get chilly, notebook, pen, and any ...
