Animal Body: Primal & Elemental Movement to Enhance Daily Life, Fitness/Mindful Practices, and Healthy Aging (ALL LEVELS)

It doesn't matter what your fitness level is -- beginner or weekend warrior -- and there's no need for ANY background in either yoga or dance (or any other modality, for that matter). Classes are paid in full before the session begins; there is no refund for missed classes, though we can usually make space for you in another class as a makeup. Please bring a mat if you have one and water. My door opens ten minutes prior to class start time.
