Devotion not Resolution: A Winter Solstice Workshop to Set Intention

WHEN: Saturday, December 21st TIME: 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM WHERE: Pranayoga, 1001 West 6th Street COST: $35 PLEASE PREREGISTER: WHAT TO BRING: Bring something or somethingS to add to an altar that we'll build together. Anything from nature, gemstones, statues, pictures, anything that means something to you. Pen and paper Water and a small snack if you think you'll get hungry Dress to move gently so also dress comfortably and warmly (though we have blankets) Why devotion and not resolution? A lot of us carry baggage around new year's resolutions as we look back on our lives and see ourselves "failing" over and over to do the thing or things we resolved to do.
