Summer Session 2!

Welcome! Though this work will bring you mental, spiritual, and physical health and well being, the most important aspect is the building of community. We're creating a Circle of Trees who stand tall and strong and support one another in ways that many women were taught was impossible. And though we tend to focus on #Treesters, know that #BrotherTrees are more than welcome! If you're new to  my classes, you'll get location information after you register, but I'm near the Whole Foods Cooperative for a general reference. Classes are nonrefundable and nontransferable (unless you're gifting someone, of course). There are limited spaces due to the size of my studio so please register as soon as is possible. PLEASE NOTE:   If you need to miss a class, there is usually room in one of the others during the week for a makeup. Just ask! Grounding & Cooling in Times of Anger & Chaos: Vidhi Yoga for Sensitives and Empaths

WHEN: Saturday, July 21st, 10 AM to 12:30 PM WHERE: Pranayoga -- A Little Breathing Room, 1001 West 6th (immediately next to or through Virgil's Plate, home of the Best Pizza in Erie) COST: $45 REGISTER HERE (preregistration is necessary due to limited space): This is the second workshop designed specifically with sensitives and empaths in mind, and we'll be continuing these workshops every quarter for the foreseeable future. Because right now is extra hard, isn't it? If you're at all sensitive to the energy of other people and events, then I know you've been suffering -- more than usual. The world feels extra mean, extra aggressive, extra... in trouble. But here's the thing: We can't help anybody if we are compromised by all of that. We can't help anyone if we're struggling and in "protecting ourselves" mode. To help anybody, we have to have our hearts open, and that can be scary and draining when it feels like ever...
