Vidhi Yoga & Bodypoetics Movement Arts, Winter Session 2

REMINDER: I sell classes as six week sessions. If you miss a class, there MIGHT be an opportunity for makeup class at another time, but your attendance is up to you, of course. Classes are nonrefundable and nontransferable (unless you're buying a class for someone). These classes are for Every BODY. No experience is necessary. Make sure to bring water and dress in layers.
