Christine Serfozo: Embodiment Sanctuary

The full moon is the morning of August 15th so we'll be drawing down some serious intention medicine via yoga, breathing, meditation, mantra, mudra, and the healing energy of Nancy's crystal bowl wisdom. Between the two of us, we've been doing these practices for over 50 years, and we've both studied with amazing people. There's nothing like experience and there's nothing like lineage. They both show in the ensuing magicks. This yoga is for ANYONE.

There are no refunds for missed classes but I do my best to make sure you have options to make up. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water. If you're taking yoga, bring a mat if you have one. The door opens 15 minutes before the start of class. Please be a few minutes early so we can start on time.
