Do you feel exhausted and overwhelmed by everything around you over which you have no control? Does the news make you feel like there's no hope? Is time on social media sucking your compassion well dry? Is everything just, well, TOO MUCH?
Self care and support is extra important for those of us who take in the energy of everyone and everything around us.
Only by recharging our heart energy can we hope to be of service to the people we love and to our communities, and only by stoking our inner fire can we take compassion infused action.
The best way to recharge is in community. Being around people with the same concerns and similar experiences is a way to be witnessed and validated and then do the same for others.
Join us for this mini retreat where we'll use yoga focused on the chakras, meditation, chant, breath work, energy work, writing, and some special release techniques I've developed in my study of trauma and the body.
