Workshop: Energy Medicine Meets Movement Art

WHEN: Tuesday, June 25th TIME: 5:30 to 7:30 PM WHERE: Shakti Movement Arts Studio, 2005 West 8th Street, Suite 102 (NOTE: the building is named 2000 West on the big sign out front. Go in front doors, down small set of steps, through big doors, 2nd door on the left. You may have to knock.) COST: $30 YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER HERE: This will be team taught by Christine Serfozo and Erin Lea. NO EXPERIENCE IN ANY MODALITY IS NECESSARY. Please bring some paper, a pen, water, and deep curiosity. Dress comfortably for gentle movement. The group will be divided into two smaller groups* and exchanged between Erin and me as we take your through a series of experiences around your own energy body, shared energy, and your union with divine/infinite energy. Kundalini Yoga & Bodypoetics Movement Art: Winter Session One

REMINDER: I sell sessions as six weeks of class. If you miss a class, there can be an opportunity to make up with another night, but your attendance is up to you, of course. Classes are nonrefundable and nontransferable (unless you're buying for someone). These classes are for EVERY BODY and NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY for any class I teach. NEW LOCATIONS, NEW STUDIO, Next Session of BodyPoetics and WaterSpine Yoga

OH EM GEEEEEEE!!! If you're allergic to cats, this is EXTRA great news, but it's GREAT news regardless. (If you've taken classes in my home studio, you know there are... cat hairs involved. ha.) We have a space, people, and it's super beautiful. See those photos. They can't even do it justice. SO PRETTY and a bathroom that is ten times prettier than my own. Maybe I will move in! For the month of June, there are two spaces: one for Sunday yoga and another for the BodyPoetics Dance classes so just pay attention to that when you're registering. The Usual Stuff: Classes are paid in full by the start of the session. There are no refunds for missed classes but I do my best to make sure you have options to make up. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water. If you're taking yoga, bring a mat if you have one. The door opens 15 minutes before the start of class.
